一般是復兩個星期網上就可以查到製成績了，可以上托福官網查看，成績單在考試後15個工作日由ETS寄往NEEA（教育部考試中心），NEEA再將收到的成績單分寄至各考點，成績單到達的時間通常為考試後8周左右，最長不超過12周。考生可前往報考考點領取或在考試當日與考點辦理有償寄送服務。
Ⅱ 關於托福寄送成績單的問題（紙質）
1：紙質成績單獲取的三種方式：第一是注冊時填寫的NEEA地址，包郵費；第二是考完之後到考場自己取；第三：考完試付費送分。據說13年好像改革了，ETS會直接寄給你，考完之後也不需要填什麼郵寄單了。就是速度比較慢，需要8周左右。
2：網銀付費是一種方式，點擊繼續完成之後就會看到ETS裡面的錢少了，余額不足不能付費。
3：樓主現在選擇的是增送，是贈送給申請的大學。
其實紙質的成績單對於申請大學來說作用不是很大，沒什麼實際意義。因為美國各大學不接受從考生手裡郵寄過來的復印件和傳真。要是簽證的時候需要，那也不是一定非要官方正式紙質原件的。

首先你要弄明白一件事：ETS的四個免費寄送是寄送給你所要報的大學而不是你家。
其次，如果你想要紙質成績單，如果你報名今年托福，在報名或者你的個人賬戶里都會詢問你是否需要成績單寄送，如果你需要就點擊確定，不過一般沒人需要紙質成績單，那玩意兒沒用。除非是最後一次考試。
最後，如果你在外省考試需要成績單寄送，需要在考試前單獨說明，他們一般會給你提供快遞單子讓你填寫，你填寫自己家的住址。
至於托福注冊時的用戶名住址什麼的基本沒有一點用處，你不用管，寄送時地址填寫正確就行。我的個人用戶地址一直是搬家前的老地址ETS也沒跳出來高喊不一致不和諧啥的。

Ⅵ 托福 出成績單是寄給本人還是學校
你把兩個過程混淆了。
成績單是寄給個人，所以第一種情況是正確的。
但最終的成績是要送到去學校（要不學校怎麼會知道你考了多少分？）這個就需要你在NEEA網站上面根據你申請的學校，填寫學校送分代碼，交錢，然後ETS會把成績送達你申請的學校，這個大概你填完送分學校以後15天左右。
你的紙質成績單也一定要保管好，在將來簽證的時候，和入境檢查的·時候，都可能要檢查你的托福成績單原件的。
